Who we are: Ekko Blinds is an Australian window furnishings company located in Rydalmere with 10 years of experience. We self-manufacture, assemble and install a variety of products, including blinds, curtains, flyscreens and outdoor blinds.

What the Job Involves:

As a manufacturing assistant, you will be working in our warehouse and helping with the production of our products. You may be operating some of our machinery, but all relevant training will be provided by our existing staffs. This role is great for university students who want to work on a casual basis or people looking to jumpstart a career with plenty of opportunities.

Pay:

We pay a casual hourly rate, but we also operate on a KPI system. This is where if you meet our daily production requirements, you will receive a bonus in addition to the hourly rate.

Requirements:

• Must be over 18
• Reliable and responsible

Opportunities:

• Can be included as work experience for some engineering courses as you will may be operating actual machinery in the industry and understanding how they operate.
• From being a junior manufacturing assistant, you can progress to become an installation/sales/office team member, roles that have more opportunities for growth.

Salary: $20.00 – $30.00 per hour
