The Coca-Cola Company is a reputed company based in Ballina, County Mayo. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Retail and Fashion to join our team as Junior Brand Manager Coca-cola â¢breaks - Latin America.

You will be part of this growth as Junior Brand Manager Coca-Cola™ - LATAM managing Coca-Cola brand strategy, positioning and communication, as a platform leader for Uplifting Breaks. You will collaborate in a multi-functional team, integrated in a global network, bringing light to the motivation of our consumers, and connecting it with their main occasion, drinking moments and passions.

Location: Flexible BR (SP or RJ)
What we expect from you:
develop mid-term (2-3 years) growth strategy and annual brand plans for the Operating Unit.
Illuminate the brand potential and strategy to inspire key customers and bottlers to drive support and commercial acceleration of brands in key markets and retail channels
Identify key business priorities and work with cross-functional partners and agencies to bring brand and retail marketing programs and supporting materials to the marketplace.
Lead cross-functional teams on work assignments and tasks; provide direction and manage timeline milestones to achieve KPIs and desired objectives.
Help manage local brand(’s/s’) NR, GP, DME.
Ability to help manage Operating Unit brand – inclusive of key strategies and innovative plans and initiatives – while motivating/leading, coordinating and working with key internal and external cross-functional partners to deliver on mid- and short-term objectives and business plan metrics.
Communicate with both internal and external parties
Responsible for sharing information, influencing others and negotiating with others
Qualification & Requirements
Bachelor's degree required, MBA preferred.
5-8 years of brand management, marketing, Trade Marketing or Shopper experience.CPG experience
Fluent English
Understanding of Marketing concepts and operating strategies, strong financial acumen and business analytics
Motivate and influence others
