We are currently seeking a qualified Jr. Civil Engineer in Vero Beach, Florida for a successful Civil Engineering firm with over 35 years of experience, a successful track record, and a reputation for providing excellent service. The company specializes in professional engineering consulting services including civil, drainage, environmental and structural engineering. Company is looking for someone to join their growing team to assist in land development including residential, commercial and industrial development. Must have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office Software, AutoCAD and ICPR software.

Job responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

· Performing engineering design for projects including commercial site plans, residential subdivisions, paving and roadway design, water distribution system design, wastewater collection system and lift station design, and stormwater management and drainage conveyance system design

· CAD design including Civil 3D

· ICPR Stormwater Software-Version 4 preferred

· Coordinate and attend local city/county government’s meetings

· Working with various permitting departments

· Communicating and working well with clients and colleagues

· Project Management

Qualifications include:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering

· Career Level – Experienced (Non-Manager)

· EI designation preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $60,000.00 per year
