The opportunity
As our IT Support Administrator, you will provide exceptional IT support to stakeholders and employees through desktop and application support, processing service request and incident response. You will primarily administer and monitor RACGP technology systems, assets and services and support business and service level requirements.
In addition, you will be exposed to the latest Microsoft technology including Microsoft Azure services and Office365, as well our IT Service Management tool ServiceNow.
Responsibilities include:
Providing customer service and IT Support in an Enterprise desktop application environment.
Microsoft AD administration of user accounts, email distribution lists, mailboxes, Folder Access.
Providing access to SharePoint document libraries.
Application deployment through SCCM.
Microsoft Azure MFA administration and support.
Microsoft Remote Desktop Services support.
Ensuring adherence to IT Service Management framework, processes, and workflows.
Troubleshooting desktop user application environment and technology service issues; escalating to vendors or subject matter experts where required.
Engage and work closely with other teams, including our Infrastructure and Development teams to resolve complex issues and technical support requests.
Providing training and knowledge base support to staff, building and maintaining procedural documentation and user guides and considering process and system improvements to increase efficiencies.
You demonstrate:
A high level of technical experience administering and supporting some or all of:
Microsoft Windows desktops
Hardware provisioning
Active Directory Users and Computers
Microsoft Exchange
Microsoft Office365
Skype For Business and Zoom
An ITSM tool , e.g. ServiceNow
In line with technical expertise, you will have a strong customer service focus, excellent communication skills both written and verbal and thorough record keeping, documentation and instruction writing ability.
