Isotank Operations Coordinator job from Intermodal Tank Transport Pte Ltd in Bugis, Singapore

Job Description

· Managed overall logistics supply chain coordination (import / export, sea freight activities; including booking, documentation, data entry, shipment organization & tracking, billing, arranging transport.

· Communicate on daily basis with shipping lines, truckers, customers and oversea agent offices.

· Tracks import Isotank returns & demurrages and verifies vendor invoices.

· Follow up and handle customer enquiry and call;

· Use and maintenance of internal system.

· Other ad-hoc duties if required

Requirement:

· Meticulous, details oriented, be able to work independently and as a team player.

· Minimum 1 or 2 years of relevant experience .

· Willingness to learn and take on responsibilities.

· Proficient in MS Office applications.

· Able to start work immediately would be advantageous.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: $2,600.00 - $4,000.00 per month
