AUDI AG is a reputed company based in Ingolstadt. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Internship / Undergraduate to join our team as Internship - Strategy Audi Denkwerkstatt.
Work Environment
The Audi Denkwerkstatt is the agile innovation unit of AUDI AG in the start-up ecosystem in Berlin.
As a diverse team, we work with founders and start-ups to develop digital products and technologies for the sustainable mobility of the future with the aim of founding independent ventures.
The implementation is achieved through cooperation in the innovation ecosystem of suitable start-ups and experts from AUDI AG. In addition, the Audi Denkwerkstatt is Audi’s touchpoint for start-ups and supports them in finding the right collaboration places and partnerships within the company.
As an intern, you will take on your own projects in a co-working environment, bring your ideas to the team and get to know both worlds better at the intersection between a large corporate and the start-up ecosystem.

Job Purpose/Role
- You will support the strategic development and operational implementation of a newly created entrepreneurship program
- You will prepare and implement strategically relevant topics and projects independently
- You set up and foster contacts with relevant stakeholders in the start-up environment in Berlin
- You screen and analyze the overall market and specific competition in the field of innovation programs
Key Requirements/Skills/Experience
- Hands-on mindset with solution-oriented thinking and pronounced ownership mentality
- Passion for start-ups, digitization scene and new business models
- Strong network in the start-up ecosystem of Berlin
- Ideally, first practical experience in the field of accelerator/incubator programs, strategy consulting, company builders and/or start-ups.
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills paired with a creative mindset
- English language skills are a prerequisite (business fluent)
