Job Responsibilities

  • Support a dynamic team driving the Resource Sustainability Act (RSA) and other Waste initiatives, including material recovery, packaging reduction, food waste management, staff awareness and internal/external stakeholder engagement at the iconic Marina Bay Sands
  • Hands-on experience tackling Waste related issues across the integrated resort, whilst aligning with the government’s RSA and extending Marina Bay Sands’ position as an industry leader in Sustainable business
  • Support the planning and execution of RSA and Waste management related projects
  • Assist with planning and execution of waste related awareness programs for internal and external stakeholders
  • Perform in-depth analysis of waste trends and staff behavior studies, to identify improvement opportunities and support the team with execution of project to reduce overall waste on property
  • Support the team in research and implementation of leading sustainability innovations and solutions

Job Requirements

  • Must be from related academic disciplines in Sustainability, Environmental Engineering or Project and Facilities Management
  • Possess passion, knowledge and drive to create a more sustainable world
  • Ability to analyze data and articulate business value of sustainability
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to work within a diverse team
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken, and at least one other language
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and in a team
