L’Ingénieur Qualité Produits est sous la responsabilité Hiérarchique du Responsable Qualité du site de Coignières.

Il est garant de la qualité et de l’amélioration de nos produits et process. Il devra en particulier :

• Représenter le service qualité lors des réunions quotidiennes de production
• Animer le Quality Council mensuel (partage indicateurs et plans d’amélioration associés)
• Prendre en charge les non-conformités internes et externes relatives au produit avec les équipes supports et production (expertise, recherche des causes, actions correctives et préventives)
• Réaliser les dossiers 1ers article Client (FAIR / PPAP) selon les exigences Client applicables
• Répondre en tant que contact qualité pour un panel de Clients dédiés
• Procéder à la libération des produits (Déclaration de conformité, EASA Form 1)
• Surveiller la qualité du produit (audits internes process/produits, prélèvements qualité, etc…)
• Participer aux chantiers d’amélioration prioritaires du site (EBS Pull, RIE, KAIZEN, etc…)
• Participer aux activités transverses relatives à la qualité. (5S, Change Board Review, etc…)
• Participer aux revues de contrats
• Être acteur sur les revues de projets, de définition et d’industrialisation du produit (validation des étapes qualité associées)
• Déclencher les revues AMDEC Process avec les équipes pluridisciplinaires du site sur la base des événements qualité internes ou exportés.
• Tenir informé son responsable de toute dérive ou risques identifiés dans son périmètre

Qualifications

Profil

Diplôme d’Ingénieur ou titulaire d’un diplôme de technicien supérieur avec 5 ans d’expérience dans un poste similaire en milieu industriel (aéronautique de préférence).

• Connaissances des normes ISO 9001, EN 9100, PART 21/145
• Très bonne connaissance des outils informatiques (ACCESS, EXCEL)
• Rigueur, proactivité
• Maitrise de l’anglais
