Invengo Technologies is a reputed company based in 13600 La Ciotat. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Technical / Mechanical to join our team as Industrialization Engineer.

In the context of growing business activity, we are looking for an INDUSTRIALIZATION ENGINEER, based in La Ciotat, South of France. The candidate should be a highly motivated, dynamic and customer-oriented profile, with solid proven experience in electronic product industrialization experience.

The main mission is to set up and apply industry best practices and methods to:

Ensure the proper transfer of new RFID products (tags & RFID stations) from R&D to manufacturing
Sustain existing products (tags & RFID stations)
Enhance manufacturing processes and continuously improve their cost-effectiveness
JOB SUMMARY

Support new hardware products:
Define Design-for-Manufacturing rules to be applied at early stages of development
Develop and implement test methods
Define and execute efficient industrialization plans to ensure fast and controlled product qualification and production ramp-up

Sustain existing products:
Enhance qualified manufacturing processes to guaranty high yield and cost-effectiveness
Manage changes applied to manufacturing processes, products or manufacturing lines
Troubleshoot and solve product or process related technical problems
Participate to non-conform or maverick lot dispositioning
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor of Engineering degree, preferably within one of the following areas: BSEE (Electrical Engineering), CS (Computer Science), or Electronics
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in design or manufacturing engineering
Experience in manufacturing systems design, production test, scheduling, process improvement practices, and project management
Experience in risk mitigation tools for design and manufacturing (DFMEA and PFMEA)
Experience in software development (C++, VB.net, Python, SQL)
Knowledge of production electronic assembly processes, manufacturing test/inspection technologies and methods
Knowledge of electronic hardware design processes and mechanical design concepts
Fluent English
