We are searching the best talent for HR SENIOR ANALYST - PROJECT BASED (FIXED TERM 1 YEAR) to be in Brazil (São José dos Campos or Sao Paulo)
General Information:
The People Experience Operations area is looking for a SR HR Operations analyst who will, among other things, be responsible for handling cross-areas and cross-countries People Experience Operations (PXO) related projects covering the exploration, design, implementation, and stabilization. Activities cover but not limited to perform and handle testes, changes, communication, results, partnerships, and overall governance model.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement and complete new processes and subprocesses within HR. Leading review and changes in the People Experience process and subprocess, finding opportunity areas and address the respective actions. Leverage Continuous Improvement.
- Get along with different areas of business to identify needs and propose solutions.
- Build presentations and business cases. Prepare the content, coordinate and hold meetings and workshops with different level of participants;
- Perform Issues Management: review issues root cause, impacts and address corrective & preventive actions
- Prepare and review process documentations (process flows and narratives)
- Support local Internal Controls and Compliance related activities.
- Participate of internal and external network groups to identify, bring, and implement standard methodologies
- Identify needs, prepare materials, and lead trainings related to PXO process to team members
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs in business administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related areas of knowledge
- Upper Intermediate or Advanced level of English is required (Spanish is a plus)
- Knowledge in Workday or similar platforms
- 4 or 5 years of experience in HR area (HR project experience is a great plus).
- Experience in Project management
- Preferred experience in Shared Service Centers
