Amazon is a reputed company based in Birmingham. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Human Resources / Recruitment to join our team as Hr Assistant Iii (contingent).
The HR Assistant team supports Amazon.com's most technical divisions including Digital Technologies, Web Services and the Infrastructure teams. The ideal person will be an organizational guru, work effectively with internal and external clients and candidates, possess great communication skills, have the ability to shift gears at a moments notice, and enjoy the challenges of helping to build a great organization of talented individuals. Responsibilities:You key responsibilities will be inputting data to aid in the build and system implementation of assessment workflows, QA testing of assessment workflows, documentation, SOP development, and reporting activity. You will work on updating assessment modules in recruiting systems, keeping project managers informed of and issues or defects and providing follow-up correspondence to stakeholders on status via phone, chat and email. You will be responsible for tracking activities and various task work requirements via project systems. You will coordinate QA testing efforts across multiple specialists and recruiters and provide feedback and results of QA testing. You will also collaborate with Program Manager, Assessment Project Managers and Implementation Specialists to ensure team success by identifying opportunities for improving efficiencies. Finally, you will assist in the coordination of other implementation activities as needed. Requirements:We are looking for someone with strong customer service skills, a demonstrated desire to exceed expectations, and a team player with a solid work ethic. You must possess excellent written and verbal communications skills - ability to interface with all levels of the organization and with external vendors. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver, able to troubleshoot issues independently and drive them to closure with minimal supervision. You will be expected to have great organizational skills and attention to detail, be able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously. You must be flexible, able to change direction quickly - comfortable in a fast-paced environment and in dealing with ambiguity. The Best candidate will have a solid sense of accountability and acute personal judgment - ability to handle confidential information and escalate issues when appropriate. Previous recruiting coordinator experience or equivalent required. Team player, solid work ethic, willing to pitch in where needed. Scheduling experience is highly desired. Previous work in QA testing, customer service, project management and/or coordinating is a plus.
