Hotel Receptionist job from Central station hostel in Postcode 1012 in Amsterdam Centrum, Netherlands

We are part of a hotel group and we are currently looking for zzp er / freelance worker:

Some tasks are:

• Welcome our guests
• Check-in and checkout
• Handling incoming phone calls.
• Provide the guest with information about what Amsterdam has to offer.
• backoffice administarion

• Dealing with guest complaints.
• Handle all front office administration.
• Ensure all of our guests have a good time!

It would be nice if you have next qualifications:

• You have some previous hospitality experience
• You have excellent hospitality – and communication skills. English is required; it would be great if you speak another language as well
• You love to work with people
• You are responsible
• You show a flexible mindset,
• proactively to problems, issues, and or concerns
