We are looking for applicants to join our Front Desk Team for a NEWLY RENOVATED boutique hotel on the beach! The Front Desk Agents will be the lasting, first impression, for each guest saying at our hotel. We are looking for friendly, polite, and courteous applicants who will provide prompt and efficient customer service to our guests.

Starting Rate of Pay - $21.00 per hour + Signing-Seasonal Bonus!

• Full Time employees are eligible to earn a monthly bonus of up to $500 per month while working from May through September!!
• Part Time employees are eligible to earn a monthly bonus of up to $300 per month while working from May through September!!

Year-round Full Time and Part Time positions available. No previous experience required. We provide paid training.
Preferred: Customer service/hotel experience

Shifts: Must be available to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts. 11pm-7am (as needed) (Full Time must be fully flexible to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts and weekends)

Opportunity

• Part Time and Full Time positions available. (Full Time must be fully flexible to work both 7am-3pm and 3pm-11pm shifts and weekends)
• Responsibilities include providing a high level of customer service to each guest staying at the hotel, completing the check-in/ check-out process, booking reservations, answering phone calls, providing recommendations on things to do and places to go in the local area, answering any guest inquires, etc.
