Job Description

-Ensure LOKAL Room standards & services are up to mark by maintaining quality checks as per standard operating procedure.
- Entertain guest requests and handle complaints by resolving within given timeframe
- Ensure all upcoming bookings are updated in hotel records, maintain quality assurance reports and submit timely to the reporting authority
- Maintain inter-departmental relationships in the hotel and across LOKAL rooms chain

Requirements

- Graduate/ Diploma in Hotel Industry
- 2+ year experience in hotel industry
- Highly motivated and passionate for serving in the field of hospitality, with a solution-oriented mindset

Salary Range: PKR 45,000-55,000/- per month
