SKAAR Tech Ltd is a reputed company based in Coventry. We are looking for talented professional from the field of IT-Hardware / Networking to join our team as Hardware Design & Development Engineer.

4+ Years of experience in Hardware Design & Development of analogue. Digital and microcontroller-based electronic circuits for Automotive HV Products especially chargers. Inverters & Converters).

Degree in electronic engineering or mechatronics.

Analogue/Digital Design for HV Systems automotive components.

Ownership of electronic requirements circuit design. Analysis. reviews. And supervision of verification and validation testing.

Experience with PCB and schematic designs

Experience in Electronic design and simulation & Component selection and rationalisation

Experience in FMEA/DFMEA/FMEDA based on Automotive Standards.

Experience in Hardware measurement using various hardware tools.

Experience in Automotive Communication Tools like CANoe, CANAlyser etc.

Experience in reliability and safety analysis (e.g. ITD,FMEA, FTA, HARA etc.)

Software appreciation/Understanding e.g. development skills in C/C++/Python languages

Design for EMC/ESD

Experience in Board Bring up/Unit Under/Environmental/EMC/ESD/Reliability/Life

time Validation for Automotive products.

Building relationships with our customers and suppliers

Continuously staying on top of technologies by attending trainings

Produce concise documentation for design activity, DVT. assembly. build and test

documents

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £35,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Experience:

  • Analogue/Digital Design for HV Systems: 5 years (preferred)
  • Electronic design and simulation: 5 years (preferred)
  • Component selection and rationalisation: 5 years (preferred)
  • Hardware Design & Development: 5 years (preferred)
