Propósito da posição e visão geral

Gerenciar o processo produtivo, manutenção, planejamento de produção e oficinas industriais, atendendo às expectativas de negócios e mercado.

Principais responsabilidades

• Gerenciar os recursos necessários para garantir o processo de fabricação, gerenciando a determinação de pessoal, matérias-primas e ativos produtivos, garantindo uma estrutura funcional que permita obter os resultados esperados.
• Buscar a melhoria contínua dos processos sob sua carga utilizando as ferramentas fornecidas pelo MPS e/ou pelos modelos de gestão existentes na organização.
• Propor, estruturar, implementar, operar e patrocinar projetos de investimento que garantam a continuidade do negócio, melhorias na margem e/ou busque melhores condições de trabalho e segurança industrial.
• Elaborar orçamentos estabelecendo controle de custos e manutenção da planta. Usar a análise custo-benefício para melhorar a eficiência de custos para garantir uma estrutura funcional e contribuir para aumentar a rentabilidade e atender aos objetivos da Companhia.
• Estabelecer metas e objetivos da área, bem como estabelecer políticas para os diferentes departamentos sob sua responsabilidade. Rastreie e analise os KPIs operacionais definidos.
• Garantir que sua equipe seja devidamente treinada, motivada e avaliada. Alimentando o departamento de Recursos Humanos das necessidades de treinamento e bem-estar de sua equipe. Determinar com seus colaboradores os objetivos e indicadores de cada um de seus cargos, realizar avaliações de desempenho e dar feedback oportuno e constante, para garantir o cumprimento dos objetivos, que cada uma das pessoas cumpra suas tarefas de forma eficiente e oportuna e que todas sejam devidamente treinadas e avaliadas.
• Responsável pela Segurança Industrial, Controle Ambiental e Gestão da Qualidade que correspondam à sua área.

Ensino e Conhecimento Específico Certificados.

• Profissional em Engenharia Química, Mecânica ou Industrial.
• Pós-graduação nas áreas de Administração de Empresas (MBA), Gestão de Produção, Gestão de Projetos.
• Inglês B1

Habilidades/ atributos e experiência desejados

• Mínimo de 10 anos em Gestão de áreas relacionadas à produção, manutenção e/ou qualidade preferencialmente em empresas do setor metalúrgico.
• Experiência em empresas com processos de excelência operacional (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
• Experiência em processos de planejamento, agendamento e controle de produção.

Purpose of the position and overview

Manage the production process, maintenance, production planning and industrial workshops, meeting business and market expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the necessary resources to ensure the manufacturing process, managing the determination of personnel, raw materials, and productive assets, guaranteeing a functional structure that allows to obtain the expected results.
• Seek the continuous improvement of the processes under his/her charge using the tools provided by the MPS and / or the existing management models in the organization.
• Propose, structure, implement, operate, and sponsor investment projects that guarantee business continuity, improvements in margin and / or seek better working conditions and industrial safety.
• Prepare budgets establishing cost control and plant maintenance. Use cost-benefit analysis to improve cost efficiency to ensure a functional structure and contribute to increasing profitability and meeting the Company's objectives.
• Establish goals and objectives of the area, as well as set policies for the different departments under his/her responsibility. Track and analyze the defined operational KPIs.
• Respond by his/her team is properly trained, motivated, and evaluated. Inform the Human Resources Department of the training and welfare needs of its staff. Determine with their collaborators the objectives and indicators of each of their positions, carry out performance evaluations and give timely and constant feedback, to ensure compliance with the objectives, that each of the people fulfills their tasks efficiently and timely and that all are properly trained and evaluated.
• Accountable for Industrial Safety, Environmental Control and Quality Management that correspond to his/her

Certified Specific Education and Knowledge.

• Professional in Chemical, Mechanical or Industrial Engineering
• Postgraduate studies in the areas of Business Administration (MBA), Production Management, Project Management.
• English B1

Desired skills / attributes and experience

• Minimum 10 years in Management of areas related to production, maintenance and / or quality preferably in companies in the Metalworking sector.
• Experience in companies with processes of operational excellence (Lean, TPM, Six Sigma)
• Experience in planning, scheduling, and production control processes.
