We are looking for a Front Office Associate to join our team!

As a Front Office Associate, we rely on you to:
Provide all-rounded guest services such as checking in and out
Contribute towards a memorable hotel experience for all guests
Handle all guest requests in a timely, professional and efficient manner
Provide a best-fit solution to fulfil the customer needs
Ensure smooth efficient guest services at all times
Assist in enhancing the guest satisfaction scores of the hotel
