Blue Pine Mountain House is a reputed company based in Lahore. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Environment/ Health & Safety to join our team as Front Desk Officer.

Job description
A leading health and fitness club is looking for Front Desk Officer for its branch. The Front Desk Associate is the lead customer service contact for all members, guests, or prospects.


- Greet and checks in all members and guests

- Receive payments and keep cash book updated in software

- Sell products and services

- Liaison between members and Membership Office, including prospects and current members

- Answer and directs all incoming phone calls

- Field all member complaints and concerns and coordinate with management

- Performs opening and closing procedures for the club if assigned those shifts

- Complete cleaning tasks

- Greeting members and users of the gym as they come through reception

- Checking in members and verifying memberships

- Registering prospective members and guiding them with prices

- Providing information on rates, classes and availability

- Maintaining a clean and tidy environment, both inside and in front of the counter

· Qualifications

Good level of secondary education – minimum Grade C in Maths and English
Experience of 2-3 years in relevant field

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Rs25,000.00 - Rs30,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Lahore: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
