We are looking for a highly motivated Finance Manager to join our growing team. You will report directly to both the CEO and our Head of Finance, Admin and People (based in Bordeaux).
This is once in a lifetime opportunity to join a fast-growing European health start-up just after series B and to help structure the finance department, especially with the international development challenges to come in several countries.

As the Finance Manager, you will be in charge of: *

Financial Reporting and KPI :

To supervise the definition, update and follow-up of financial KPI. As we are scaling, a strong focus will be put in our financial analysis in order to report on the company’s financial situation in real time.
Financial analysis
To update and optimize our financial tools (business plan, forecasts, budget)
To analyse the variance between the forecasted and the actual
To monitor and adapt our billing strategy
Accounting & cash management
To manage the yearly accounting and (quarterly, monthly) financial statements
