BCS Technology is a reputed company based in St Leonards NSW 2065. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Banking and Financial Services to join our team as Finance And Administration Graduate.

We are looking for a Finance and Admin Graduate who is willing and able to learn the ropes, and has the desire to quickly climb the ranks into a management-level position, to join our dynamic and fast-paced global IT company.

The role focuses on both Finance and Accounting, thus you will have a strong understanding around the foundations of both practices. You won't be required to have lots of experience, but you will have a strong motivation to apply what you know, research, think logically, and apply based on situations.

The candidate would be responsible for:

  • Providing financial support and advice to the finance team and wider business, in an effective and efficient manner in accordance with the company’s policies, procedures and practices.
  • Accurate data entry of financial information for all accounts payable and receivable processes.
  • SOW's review and storage
  • Bookkeeping (Uploading files on sharepoints, documentations)
  • Staff expenses reimbursement reconciliation
  • Asset tracking and maintenance
  • Travel arrangements - Record keeping of bookings and flights done by our office, including updating the excel sheets
  • Management of subscriptions
  • Accounts payable eg phone gas etc
  • Generating and reconciling invoices and banking reports
  • Assist in resolving any administrative problems
  • Monitor and review debt collection.
  • run company’s errands to post office and office supply store
  • Provide general administrative and clerical support including answering calls, mailing, scanning, faxing and copying to management
  • Manage and maintain an efficient process that enables systematic and organised filing for all documents.
  • Perform data entry and scan documents
  • prepare and modify documents including correspondence, reports, drafts, memos and emails
  • schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for Managers
  • Support the finance team and other departments in any ad hoc or internal projects as required.
  • HR- Onboarding/Offboarding of employees (Send through employee documents etc)

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
