Job Description
Provides financial services, analysis, reporting and business support to company management and/or government regulatory authorities. Ensures that Keysight operations are conducted in line with financial policies and controls. Responsible for the collection, recording, consolidation, Transfer pricing, reconciliation, analysis, reporting and presentation of accounting and financial information used by management for planning and control. Ensures local financial and statutory compliance including in IFRS and USGAAP that may include internal financial controls, external audits, regulatory filings and reporting, tax filings and audit representation.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Support all finance areas like, accounting, tax, and treasury, to keep business compliant with local laws and policies in Brazil and Mexico.
- Analyze financial results, prepare financial statements, and journal entries.
- Perform account reconciliations, analyze variances, prepare explanations.
- Assist business units with internal systems, financial reports, and tracking costs with third party service providers.
- Support fiscal requirements for accounting, invoicing, and audits.
- Working closing with external BPO and following all procedures
- Attend to annual external and internal audit and provide all supports to conclude in compliance
- Ensure that all compliance methods established by company is being correctly followed.
- Direct report for local Country Controller
Job Qualifications
Bachelors in Accounting, Business Administration, Economy and etc.
Masters Degree is a plus.- Typically over 5 years of relevant experience for entry to this level.
- Requires in-depth knowledge and experience in job and ability to work independently.
- IFRS and USGAAP knowledge is a plus
- Transfer Pricing Methods is a Plus
- VBA and power BI is a plus
- English proficiency (Interview test)
- Spanish is a plus
