We have an exciting opportunity to join our team of Associate Content Writers. If you have experience and qualifications in the following subject areas (up to and including level 5) we would love to hear from you;

  • CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development) both Level 3 and Level 5

Associate roles are freelance opportunities and Contracts of Engagement are agreed with the necessary terms and conditions. Rates of pay are variable depending on course, level and specific requirements of each Contract.

As a Content Writer what will you be doing?

  • Creating high-quality, innovative, and technically accurate teaching content across a range of subject areas
  • Developing assessments including assignment briefs, practical tasks and mock examination question banks
  • Working collaboratively with fellow writers and making amendments to content in accordance with feedback

Person specification

  • Demonstrable CPD record
  • A good understanding of the syllabus and/or industry experience against the relevant subject area
  • A high standard of written English
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to write academically and pitch to a range of audiences
  • Dedication and commitment to working as part of an effective team
  • Computer literate
  • Comfortable working under pressure and to tight deadlines
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Available for an immediate start
  • Previous experience working within an education environment/similar role (desirable)
  • Relevant teaching qualification eg, PTLLS, PGCE, CertEd or equivalent (desirable)
  • Experience in creation of e-learning materials and use of online learning platforms (desirable)
