University of Westminster is a reputed company based in London. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Education / Higher Education to join our team as Education Abroad Officer.
This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.
You will be part of the University’s successful Education Abroad Team. We are responsible for the management, development and delivery of the University’s fee-paying Study Abroad programmes and we oversee elements of the University’s Incoming Exchange programmes.
Your role will be multi-functional requiring you to work across all programme provision, jointly managing a large administration workload to support Study Abroad student recruitment and experience alongside a portfolio of international partners and clients.
The role has a strong administrative focus, so you will need to have a background of working with administration systems, databases and online record systems, as well as possessing a high level of organisational and problem-solving skills. Previous experience of UK higher education administration and Study Abroad delivery is desirable.
You will contribute to the development of programmes through improvements to customer-focused systems and delivery of marketing campaigns. You will manage a series of customer relationships, both internal and external, and across varied levels of seniority and cultures. Experience in delivering a high level of customer service is therefore essential.
You will demonstrate a dynamic, enthusiastic and enterprising approach to your work and evidence of being able to manage effectively a busy and demanding workload, delivering on conflicting priorities, while demonstrating the skills to both self-manage your workload and be a key part of a highly motivated team.
You will possess strong communication and inter-personal skills and have a commitment to delivering excellent student support.
Participation in an overseas study or work experience is desirable.
The role may require some UK and international travel.
