We are currently seeking a Digital Banking Officer with few years of experience as Business Analyst or Project Manager, ideally your background would included Sopra software experience as a user and an understanding/interest in banking products.

Purpose of the position:

As Digital Banking Officer, you will support and develop the entire range of Digital Banking products of the Bank. You will report directly to the Digital Banking manager, responsible for the activity.

Your scope will include the day-to-day operations of Direkt Bank platform (deposits of individuals opened via Internet), by monitoring transactions, issuing all detections and promptly escalating to involved departments, including outsourcing companies.

You would be also responsible for 2nd line of Direkt Bank customer support services, providing advice for specific situations escalated from the Call Center.

You will also be responsible for the SLA monitoring of all internal and external stakeholders involved with Remote Banking Services.

Finally, you will participate and assist in various business analysis cases for the Bank’s Digital Banking Services.

Primary duties & Responsibilities:

1. Support and Development of Remote Banking products: Direkt Bank, Internet bank, Open API (PSD2) etc.:

1.1. Monitor daily Direkt Bank functioning; collecting, following and escalating customer issues to internal (Operations, IT, Legal, Compliance) and external (Call Centre, IT processing) participants.

1.2. Communicating to IT software provider for non-standard issues with automatic processing, deploying workarounds. Follow-up of the current scope of business requirements.

1.3. Elaboration of Business Requirements for internal projects of Remote Banking products

1.4. Organizing within the Bank and participating in regular user acceptance tests.

1.5. Ensure correct application of regulatory requirements to the products.

2. 2nd line of Customer Support Service for Direkt Bank clients

2.1. Consult and advise Call Center for specific situations with clients. Organizing and managing outbound campaigns to customers.

2.2. Providing contribution for improvement of customer services

3. Follow-up of relationships with several outsourcing companies, providing efficient daily contact and interaction.

Must Have Requirements
  • University/Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis / project management / customer service
  • Experience with Sopra software as user would be considered as an advantage.
  • Strong PC literacy, affinity to FinTech and capability to work with environment close to IT support.
  • Understanding of banking products would be considered as an advantage.
  • Perfect communication and cooperation skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Team player, service oriented person
  • Fluency in German and English. Other languages will be consider as an asset.

Nice To Have Requirements
  • Fluency in any other languages will be consider as an asset.
  • Experience with T24 core banking software (Temenos solution) as user would be considered as an advantage.
