Teceze Ltd is a reputed company based in London. We are looking for talented professional from the field of IT-Hardware / Networking to join our team as Desktop Support Engineer.

Desktop Support Role

Purpose: To deliver exceptional customer service and technical incident resolution from call to closure in varied and challenging client environments: Supporting different geographies (local/remote), time zones, languages, customs, cultures, technologies, processes, and work practices, during various shift timings which may be Out of Hours or during weekends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Capture, log and update incidents via a call management system according to SLAs.
  • Troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
  • Installing and maintaining hardware and computer peripherals.
  • Installing and upgrading operating systems and computer software.
  • Troubleshooting networking and connection issues.

Technical skills & Experience:

  • 2+ years’ experience providing onsite technical support for.
  • Hardware: PC, Laptop, Printer, Fax, Scanner, Tablet & Mobile devices.
  • Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows 8, 10 and any other authorized desktop applications
  • Software: O365, MS Office 2010/2013, Outlook 2010/2013, Adobe, IE, MS
  • Tools: Active Directory, Exchange, Call Management software.
  • Networking: TCP/IP, Hands & Eyes Support.
  • Building, configuring, and troubleshooting all desktop & mobile devices.
  • Previous experience with SLAs and ITIL Best Practice & Process.
  • CompTIA A+ Certification or equivalent

Salary: £150.00-£250.00 per day

  • Business-to-Business Technical Support Occupations: 1 year (preferred)
