Henderson Education Services is a reputed company based in Kew VIC 3101. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Customer Service / Call Center to join our team as Customer Service Assistant.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage enquiries from customers
- Follow-up and convert sales enquiries
- Accurately and efficiently address any issues or disputes with customers
- Follow-up overdue payments
- Assist with administrative tasks
Additional requirement
- Available to work Saturday and Sunday
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Salary: $53,000.00 – $62,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Flexible hours
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

All staff and customers are required to wear a mask and all surfaces are sanitised regularly.
All staff must be up to date with their vaccination status.
Experience:
- Inbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
