Your key responsibilities

• Telephone customer service
• Reservation and selling of flights / journeys
• Service and consultation regarding flights, including assisting travel agencies and frequent flyers within the framework of a customer loyalty program.
• Handling of administrative back office tasks

Your profile

• Very good Spanish and English language skills, both oral and written
• A high degree of service orientation, commitment and enjoy dealing with customers
• The ability to concentrate and the power of comprehension
• An independent and responsible approach to work
• Good PC user skills

The employment contract is initially restricted to 2 years. Remote working within Germany might be possible after an intensive job training earliest after 3 months.
