About the job
As a Customer Care Agent at Chiquelle's HQ at Kungsgatan, Stockholm, your responsibility is to deliver the best possible service to our customers through all our digital channels.
What you will do
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, social medias and live chat.
- Always be up-to-date with our product assortment to be able to offer expert advice on our products and latest collections.
- Working with speed together with the Customer Care team to ensure we reply all our customers in a timely manner.

Who you are
To be successful in this role we believe you are well organized, have great communication skills and you understand the value of great customer service to our brand. You have the customer in mind in everything you do as well as an understanding of their needs. Your writing is fluent in both Swedish and English. Writing skills in one additional Scandinavian language is a merit. Preferably you have been working with customer service-related tasks before, but we believe your personal skills and ambitions are more important.
You will be working at our Headquarters in Stockholm City. The position is full time Monday-Friday and has a probationary period of 6 months. We'd want you to join us in April or May, start date upon agreement.
We are currently under a hybrid policy where some days are spent at the office and some days remote. We love Team Chiquelle and do believe there are great benefits of working together at the office a few days a week. We want you to be up for the task of onboarding the role partially remote, as well as being up for any changes that might be made to the hybrid policy going forward.
