Descrição
- Monitor the industrial industrial units (including international plants), ensuring the collection, consolidation and reporting of financial and operational indicators for each plant
- Identify deviations from what was planned, liaising with the Operations Department to analyse the root causes and implement action plans for improvement
- Participate in defining and monitoring plant KPIs, defining targets adjusted to each reality
- Managing the audit process
- Support investment decisions, based on the analysis of relevant inputs for decision making
Perfil ideal
- Higher degree Management, Economics or similar areas
- Previous experience of 5 - 10 years in management control functions
- Experience in an industrial and multinational context
- Experience with International Accounts Consolidation
- Fluency in English
- Resilient profile, with a hands on approach and results oriented
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
