Nexus Primary Health is a reputed company based in Broadford VIC. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Administration / Secretarial to join our team as Community Support Administration Assistant.

  • Circa $60k plus Super and generous Salary Packaging
  • Wallan, Broadford and Seymour based (as required)
  • Full-Time fixed term to June 2023 with likelihood of extension

About the opportunity

The Community Support Administration Assistant will liaise with clients, community support workers, and key stakeholders to ensure clients' needs are met. The role involves rostering of services required within the framework of the Home and Community Care (HACC) program, the Commonwealth Home Support Program (CHSP) and the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS). The goal of the programs is to maintain an individual's ability to live at home and in the community by providing appropriate person-centred support services to meet their needs.

Who are we looking for?

You are self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to work in a fast-paced environment supporting staff, volunteers and clients. You have sound rostering and administration skills and experience, are proficient with IT systems, a commitment to learning and the ability to contribute to the team. Ideally, you will also have relevant experience and knowledge of the HACC/CHSP/NDIS programs.
