Saša Restaurant is a reputed company based in Kuwait City. We are looking for talented professional from the field of FMCG/ Food & Restaurants to join our team as Commis.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
A Commis Chef assists a section chef, also known as Chef de Partie. This role is made up of many varying responsibilities including:
- Assisting in the food preparation process
- Cooking and preparing elements of high-quality dishes
- Preparing vegetables, meats, and fish
- Assisting other Chefs
- Helping with deliveries and stocking.
- Assisting with stock rotation.
- Cleaning stations
- Contributing to maintaining kitchen and food safety standards
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: KD275.000 - KD300.000 per month
