About this opportunity
Clinical Trainer I at Align is responsible for teaching dental professionals how to effectively learn and operate a complex and highly sensitive digital impression scanner. Through instructor led training, this professional will educate dentists and their staff on advanced dental treatments and comprehensive clinical solutions. Upon completion of the training, the learners should be confident using the digital impression system and the new technology should be fully incorporated into the dental practice’s daily workflow.

In this role, you will…
  • Provide virtual training for customers.
  • Use technology to provide virtual classroom training and training support.
  • Deploy predominantly basic module of training session.
  • Applies basic knowledge of processes and procedures
  • Works on problems of limited scope
  • Provide effective feedback for corrective and preventive actions
  • Perform calibrations with team members and stakeholders to reinforce good practices
  • Monitor and act on the main KPI´s tied to this function regarding satisfaction (of the training and the trainer), productivity, and maximization of the use of the equipment or upgrades.
  • Build integrated solutions with other areas

In this role, you’ll need …
  • Bachelor of Dentistry or Dental Technician is desirable
  • +1 year of directly related experience with medical device/ health equipment
  • May develop at this level for 2 years
  • Advanced virtual interaction
  • Good verbal communication skills
  • Good Teamwork & Collaboration
  • Proficient sense of urgency
  • Attention to detail and time management
  • Demonstrates knowledge of local, regional and national industry insights.
  • Demonstrates ability to identify and access key reports.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of fundamental targets and frequency needs.
  • Understanding customer’s key performance indicators (KPI)
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances
  • Strong self-awareness
  • Adept at building and maintaining relationships with internal and external customers
  • Native speaker is mandatory. Intermediary English. Intermediary Spanish.
