Job Responsibilities:

Direct support to the CEO
CEO business activities, management project assistance
Responsible for organizing, scheduling and preparing presentation materials for meetings and business reports, and answering incoming calls and general enquiries
Organize project bookings with internal and external meetings; including business staff, and clients.
Temporary duties as needed
Fresh graduates with strong language skills will be considered
Require:

Any holder in business administration or related sectors
1 year of solid relevant experience in a large company
Excellent English and ability.
Analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude
MS Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Excellent interpersonal, negotiating and organizing skills
And the flexibility to adapt to fast-paced and temporary work environments

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $6,146.00 – $16,228.00 per month
