We recently launched the Cocoroco platform and are ready to expand our operational team. With that in mind, we’re looking for a Candidate Operations Specialist.

As a Candidate Operations Specialist, you will have the opportunity to speak to people from all over Europe and experience its different cultures first-hand, all the while searching for the best talent to join our clients.

You will focus on the user experience of candidates, from registration to signing of contracts . You should be enthusiastic about defining, executing and driven to create smooth and frictionless candidate experiences.

We are a start-up so nothing is set in stone. This is what we think we expect from you…

As Candidate Operations Specialist, you’ll:

• Coordination, management and day to day communication with the candidates on the platform;

• Improve user experience after registration, with a focus on the candidate experience, candidates to go-hire;

• Collect all data to smooth the onboarding process for clients and candidates;

• Make sure candidates are spread among the open positions, with highest win rate together with marketing and/or sales;

• Contribution towards a positive company culture of mutual support and further development in the growth of Cocoroco including building a bridge between candidate user experience and product;

• Educate on policies (billing, dismissals, global unity platform, etc.);

• Compliance with all processes and procedures.

You should have:

• 2+ years of experience in Recruitment, (Sales) Operations Management or Onboarding management of a software-based product (we also give highly-motivated career starters a chance);

• Ample experience with implementing and working with a CRM/ATS;

• Great stakeholder management skills;

• Excellent communication and English fluency;

• The mindset to be results-oriented and user-focused;

• You are currently located in Europe;

• You are available to work Monday-Friday, 09:00-18:00 CET.
