Take Two Marketing & Events is a reputed company based in Bondi Junction NSW 2022. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Customer Service / Call Center to join our team as Call Centre Sales Agent - Bondi Junction Office.
We are seeking a driven, dynamic, friendly, and experienced Sales Agent to join our dynamic team in our expanding business.
With over 20 years’ experience in the sales and marketing industry Take Two Marketing are experts in making TV the most powerful advertising platform to drive a customer response. Combined with the latest in digital advancements and an in-house production team, our ambitious, creative and forward thinking team provides a great opportunity for fast growth and development.
Advertising on the 3 biggest TV channels in Australia makes this a fast paced environment. A strong work ethic will be mandatory but will result in a more than generous OTE structure on top of base salary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inbound sales - processing orders for customers who are calling up off the back of our TV advertisements
- Follow up sales leads
- Existing customer support
- Assisting customers and providing help to customers using our website
- Strategically planning and forecasting to hit daily targets
- Daily, weekly and monthly reporting
- Managing and achieving KPI targets
Key Requirements:
- Have at least 1 year of sales experience (preferably in a call centre environment but not essential)
- Available to work Monday to Sunday 7am to 7pm and Public Holidays (double pay)
- Fluent English
- Must be available to work over holidays such as New Year, Easter etc (Closed Xmas Day)

- Reliable, committed & punctual
- Very strong work ethic
- Meticulous and diligent when placing orders and with spelling and grammar
- MUST have a professional approach and phone manner
- MUST have previous sales experience
- Call centre experience preferred
- Ownership of targets and focus on results
- Quick learner with the ability to hit the ground running
- Excellent communication & people skills
- Knowledge of Google Apps / Google Workspace / GSuite is useful but not essential
Ideal previous experience could include customer service, sales, door to door sales, direct sales, F2F, telemarketing, telemarketer, fundraising, fundraiser, appointment setter, appointment setting, telesales, call centre, lead generation, lead generator, outbound calling, inbound calling, telco sales, IT Graduate. Applicants with Working Holiday (WHV) 417 visa holders, and travellers/backpackers are welcome, as are people on student visas looking for part time work.

Salary: $27.91ph Weekdays / $33.50ph Saturdays / $39.08ph Sundays / $55.83ph Public Holidays
*Under 21's rates differ slightly based on the rates set by the Fair Work Ombudsman
