JOB DESCRIPTION

WE ARE HIRING FOR AUSTRALIAN PROCESS, IT’S AN LEAD GENERATION PROCESS

Duties include:

• Lead generating campaigns via telephone
• Demonstrating about the product and services which we are providing to our customers.
• Demonstration and consultation meeting booking campaigns
• Assisting the sales team to progress the sales cycle
• Producing reports to show productivity

Skills and Experience:

• Experience of using a CRM system to log calls, build contacts and record information.
• Good English language skills both written and spoken
• Good communication skills
• Telemarketing or telesales (minimum 1-2 years)
• Microsoft Office

Educational Qualification:

• The BPO industry demands a degree in any specification from an accredited institution.
• This sector also asks for school leavers or a high school diploma to work as an intern.
