Qatar Petroleum is a reputed company based in Qatar. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Production and Operations to join our team as Admin Assistant.


QatarEnergy is a state-owned public corporation established byEmiri Decree No. 10 in 1974. It is responsible for all phases

of the oiland gas industry in the State of Qatar.The principal activities of QatarEnergy, its subsidiaries and jointventures are

the exploration, production, local and international saleof crude oil,natural gas and gas liquids, refined products,

strategy of conducting hydrocarbon exploration anddevelopment is through Exploration and Production Sharing

Agreements(EPSA) and Development and Production Sharing Agreements (DPSA)concluded with major international oil

locations, including Doha, Dukhan and the Mesaieed andRas Laffan Industrial Cities, as well as offshore areas, including

Primary purpose of job

Carry out all assigned secretarial duties and responsibilities and to ensure efficient and smooth operations of the Division.

Handle confidential information efficiently. Coordinate and organize meetings/appointments with other QatarEnergy

Departments, end-users and private organizations. Receive and check accuracy of documents and categorize for onward

transmission for review/action and ensure subsequent prompt distribution.

Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in computer software.
  • Excellent written & spoken English.
  • Knowledge/Experience in ISO 9001 QMS. Preferable.
  • Good administrative, communication, problem solving and interpersonal skills.
  • Five (5) years clerical, secretarial administrative skills.

Secondary Education (12 years)
