Working hours- Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST (US) (subject to change)
Minimum salary: 40K
Maximum salary: 60K
Duties and Responsibilities:

-Administrative & Phone Support
-Hiring & Talent Management Support
-Prospective Client Intake & Conversion Support
-Digital Marketing & Social Media Support

Minimum Skills Requirements:

-Previous experience as a virtual assistant, virtual receptionist, or related role
-Great phone and people skills
-Excellent writing, verbal communication, and time management skills
-Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to complete tasks with little supervision
-Strong working knowledge of MS Office and/or G Suite (specifically word processing and spreadsheet software)
-Experience with online meeting software (like Zoom or WebEx), online chat/instant
messaging, and group sharing platforms like Slack or Microsoft Teams
-Experience with creating, drafting, editing and sourcing unique and relevant content for company publications
-Experience with social media platforms (like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn) and
regularly posting unique targeted content.
-Experience with ClearCare, Mail Chimp and Data entry is an advantage
