Support Shepherd is a reputed company based in Manila. We are looking for talented professional from the field of Supply Chain / Logistics / Procurement to join our team as 25 - Purchasing Assistant.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Update the purchase list on a real-time basis.
  • Accurately track data of purchases
  • Ensure purchased items are shipped from the supplier and record the necessary information by keeping tabs on these items.
  • Connect with relevant vendor CS to inquire regarding product specifications, order status and/or issues (if any).
  • Prepare and maintain purchasing files and other relevant data.
  • Work closely with relevant teams as needed and requested.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as a purchasing assistant is preferred but experience as a staff or admin assistant, or a similar role is also acceptable.
  • Computer literacy and knowledge of team chat apps/work management systems.
  • Competent in using Google tools and can easily adapt to technology
  • Good understanding of popular products in the market.
  • Excellent interpersonal and social skills.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Positive and professional demeanor.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Php45,000.00 - Php65,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
