About Victoria's Big Build
Victoria's Big Build (Major Transport Infrastructure Authority – MTIA) was established to oversee the major transport projects in planning and construction to deliver 165 major road and rail projects that will change the way that Victorians work, live and travel.
Projects teams include - Rail Projects Victoria (Metro Tunnel, Melbourne Airport Rail, Regional Rail Revival), North East Link Program, West Gate Tunnel Project, Level Crossing Removal Project, and Major Roads Project Victoria.
MTIA works closely with the Department of Transport to ensure major construction activities and disruptions are coordinated across the network. This includes plans to keep people moving through major work periods. We also work with industry to ensure it has the skilled workers needed to deliver Victoria's massive construction program.

Graduates will be employed at a VPS3 grade with a starting salary of $72,751 plus superannuation (effective from June 2022– as per VPS EA 2020).
About you
We are seeking recent graduates, representative of Victoria's diverse community to join the 2023 Victoria's Big Build Graduate Programs so take the opportunity to build both your career and Victoria's infrastructure.
You will be highly motivated, demonstrate strong interpersonal and problem-solving capabilities and are keen to kick start your career.
To be eligible, you must have completed your degree between January 2020 and January 2023 and have Australian full working rights at the time of application.
