Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities by dialing 200+ calls a day to prospective landlords
• Answering the telephone and making follow-up calls
• Originate and begin to cultivate strong relationships with prospective sellers

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience
• Must have at least cold calling in real estate, sales experience, comfortable talking to people
• The applicant must be a highly organized person
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Results-oriented and high achiever
• Practices and internalizes scripts
• Ability to block out distractions and listen intently to the conversation that is occurring
• Preferred candidate will have experience in Real Estate
